Participation in the NexusWave Media Referral Program is open to existing clients and partners of NexusWave Media.

Participants must be in good standing with NexusWave Media at the time of the referral.

Referrals must be submitted through the designated referral form available on the NexusWave Media website.

The referred business must be a new client to NexusWave Media, not previously engaged or in our database.

For each successful referral, the participant will receive a $200 Amazon Gift Card.

A referral is considered successful when the referred business becomes a paying client of NexusWave Media.

Rewards are subject to availability and may be subject to change.

NexusWave Media is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided by the participants, which may result in the inability to process the referral or deliver the reward.

NexusWave Media reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Any disputes related to the NexusWave Media Referral Program will be resolved at the discretion of NexusWave Media, following a review of all pertinent information.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
